Users interact with an AI mentor via Alexa, customizing their journey with a personalized avatar and voice. The app offers a central hub for tracking stress, physical, and emotional states, delivering tailored activities and solutions focused on stress management, anxiety relief, and resilience-building through CBT techniques.
